摘  要:为研究竹炭改性涤纶纤维结构和力学性能,通过电镜试验对竹炭改性涤纶纤维的基本形态进行分析;采用YG001型电子式纤维强力仪测试分析了竹炭改性涤纶纤维和涤纶的力学性能,包括单纤维一次拉伸、纤维定伸长弹性、纤维应力松弛等。研究分析表明,竹炭改性涤纶纤维具有良好的延伸性、柔软性和较好的弹性回复性;应力松弛实验表明,在相同拉伸率条件下,竹炭改性涤纶纤维的应力松弛速率比涤纶快,松弛现象更明显。To study the structure and mechanical property of bamboo-carbon modified polyester fiber, the structure of bamboo-carbon modified polyester fiber was analyzed using electrom microscope. To test and analyze the mechanical property of bamboo-carbon modified polyester fiber, its single-extension, elasticity recovery of constant elongation and the fiber stress relaxation were tested using model YG001 of fiber mightiness tester. The results show that the bamboo-carbon modified polyester fibers have good elasticity, softness and elasticity recovery. At the constant elongation, the stress relaxation velocity of bamboo-carbon modified polyester fiber is faster than that of PET, and the phenomenon of the stress relaxation is more obvious.
