摘　　要：以数字无中心移动通信系统的呼叫控制层协议为研究对象,提出并设计一套基于无中心体制的呼叫控制协议数字化解决方案。介绍了数字无中心移动通信系统的技术特点,详细叙述呼叫控制协议的具体实现方法和设计思路,并针对实际应用对其可行性和可靠性进行了一定程度的分析和测试。此呼叫控制协议与传统模拟相比有较大的提高,全数字的信令设计使得数字对讲机的技术特点更加突出,扩展能力也大大加强。This paper deals with the study of call control layer protocol of land mobile communication system without a central controller,and puts forward one digital scheme of call control based on land mobile communication system without a central controller. This paper introduces the technology and characteristic of digital land mobile communication system without a central controller and makes detailed description of the method and the design thought to complete the call control protocol. At last there are some analysis and tests which are used to prove the protocl＇s feasibility and reliability in practice. This digital protocol has improved significantly compared to the analog protocol, the whole digital design makes digital interphone have more remarkable technical features, and increase more capabilities of expansion.
