摘　　要：以人为本是我国高等教育改革和发展的核心思想,也是民办高等教育工作的出发点和归宿。民办高校坚持以人为本,就是将"以学生为本"和"以教师为本"的办学理念贯穿于学校各项制度设计之中,从而有效推进民办高校和谐制度文化的建设,切实提升民办高校办学质量,为促进社会的整体和谐作出应有贡献。Human being-oriented thought is the core thought of Chinese higher education reform and development, and also the starting point and destination of private higher education. Human being-oriented principle in private coLleges is to put the students-oriented and teachers-orientedrunning idea through all college systems, effectively promote the construction of private colleges and harmonious system culture, enhance teaching quality of private colleges, and makes due contribution for promoting integral harmony of the society.
