摘　　要：目的:探讨腹腔镜手术副损伤的原因及防治方法。方法:分析我院28例患者术中出现副损伤的原因。结果:28例患者均因手术操作不当发生不同性质、程度的损伤,1例同时出现2种以上副损伤,6例出现2种副损伤,21例出现1种副损伤。结论:掌握腹腔镜手术的关键事项,即可避免腹腔镜手术副损伤的发生。Objective ： To explore the causes and prevention of vice-damage in laparoscopy. Methods ： The reasons of 28 cases with vice-damage in laparoscopy were analyzed. Results ： Different characters and degrees of injury had occurred in all 28 cases for improper operation in laparoscopy. There were more than 2 kinds of vice-damage occurred in 1 case ,2 kinds of vice-damage occurred in 6 cases and 1 kind of vice-damage occurred in 21 cases. Conclusions：Mastering the key points in laparoscopy can avoid the appearance of some vice-damage.
