摘 要:以烤烟为供试作物,研究了不同磷水平对烤烟的根体积、根冠比以及伤流强度,伤流液中可溶性糖、磷、钾、钙、锌、镁含量的影响。结果表明:随施磷量的增加,低磷土壤,根体积、伤流强度增大,根冠比呈下降趋势,伤流液中可溶性糖含量先增加,后又稍有下降;中磷土壤,根体积变化趋势是先升高后又降低,根冠比下降,伤流强度增大,可溶性糖含量先增加后又快速下降。低磷土壤施磷能促进烟株对矿质营养的吸收,中磷土壤则表现各异。相关分析表明,低磷土壤烟株伤流液中P和Zn,K和Mg存在显著正相关;中磷土壤伤流液中Mg和伤流强度,Ca和Mg、P、伤流强度存在显著正相关,Zn和伤流强度,Zn和Mg存在显著性负相关。The effect of different phosphorus rate application on root volume, root shoot ratio, bleaching sap intensity, and contents of soluble sugar, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, zinc and magnesium of root bleaching saps in flue-cured tobacco was studied. Results showed that root volume and bleaching sap intensity of the low phosphorus level is raised associated with the phosphorus application increasing, and root shoot ratio is decreased, the content of soluble sugar increased at begging and decreased at final time. The medium level with the phosphorus application increasing, the root volume and the content of soluble sugar in bleaching saps are raised up first and then dropped down. Root shoot ratio decreased and the bleaching sap intensity increased. Both soil types have no significant regularity of potassium and calcium content in bleaching saps. Calcium, zinc and magnesium contents of medium level P are less than the low level P. With the application of phosphorus, tobacco plant was accumulated more nutrient element in lower level P soil. When in the medium level P soil, it was a different figure. In addition, correlation analysis showed that significant positive correlation was found between the content of phosphorus and zinc of root bleaching saps and as well as potassium and magnesium at low phosphorus level. While at medium level, the same rela- tion was found between the content of magnesium and bleaching sap intensity, as well as calcium and magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, bleaching sap intensity. And there was a significant negative correlation between the content of Zn and bleaching sap intensity, and magnesium content.
