摘 要:以稻壳为试验原料,DHC-32为催化剂,高纯N2为载气,在管式炉中研究了热解温度和DHC-32催化剂对稻壳热解气化特性的影响。试验结果表明:稻壳热解气中H2,CO含量随热解温度升高而增加,CH4,CO2含量随热解温度升高而呈下降趋势;添加DHC-32催化剂后,未改变H2,CO,CH4,CO2含量随热解温度的变化趋势,但对4种气体的相对含量有一定的影响;在试验温度范围内,添加10%DHC-32催化剂比3%DHC-32催化剂对稻壳热解气影响更大一些。With rice husk as feedstock, with DHC-32 as the catalyst, and with high-purity N2 as the carrier gas, the effect of the pyrolysis temperature and the DHC-32 catalyst on pyrolysis characteristics has been experimentally studied in a tube furnace. The results show that the concentration of H2 and CO in the pyrolysis gas rapidly increases as the pyrolysis temperature increasing, while the concentration of CH4 and C02 decreases. When adding DHC-32 into the samples, the tendency of the content of H2, CO, CH4 and CO2 with the temperature rising is not changed. However, there is a certain impact for the composition of the four kinds of gases. At the same time, within the range of experiment temperatures, when the content of DHC-32 is 10%, the effect of DHC-32 on pyrolysis is more visible than the content of 3%.
