摘　　要："05方案"实施后,各高校的形势与政策教育教学取得了一定的实效,但仍有一些不尽人意之处。为进一步增强我国高校形势与政策教育教学实效性,文章从提高思想认识、强化师资队伍建设、加强教学研究、规范教学管理、拓展社会实践和完善网络教育等方面进行了探讨。The implementation of ＂2005 program＂ of the situation and policies has achieved certain effect in promoting the education and teaching of the situation and policies in college. To enhance the teaching effect of the situation and policies, it is essential to upgrade the mentality, to strengthen the establishment of the special faculty, to promote the teaching research, to standardize the teach- ing management, to expand social practice and to improve education on the network.
