摘  要:当开关发生两相或单相断开的非全相故障时,调度规程中规定,调度应下令让现场值班人员拉开或合上非全相开关。对于水电厂发变组高压侧开关非全相故障是否应该按照该规程执行,目前尚无仿真。文中应用对称分量法分析了开关非全相时的故障电流、三序电流,应用SimPowerSystems仿真了发电机三相电流、电压及三序电流、电压,结合历史事故,得出了发电机电压在非全相时仍然保持同期的结论。提出在事故处理中,当开关两相或单相非全相时,均可以对开关再次合闸,简化了水电厂的事故处理程序,缩小了事故影响范围。According to the dispatching regulations, when the breaker open phase default occurs, the dispatcher should give orders to open or close the breakers. At present, there is no high voltage breaker open phase default simulation available for the generator-transformer unit of a hydropower plant, and even whether or not the dispatching regulations should be executed is unsure. The breaker open phase default current and three sequence current are analyzed with the symmetrical component course, and the three phase current and voltage, the three sequence current and voltage of the generator are simulated with the SimPowerSystems of Matlab. Considering the past accidents, it is concluded that the voltage of generator still remains the same when the breaker open phase default occurs, and during the accident disposal, when the two-phase or single-phase breaker open phase default occurs, the breakers can be closed again. So accident disposal is simplified and the incidence is reduced.
