摘　　要：ChemCAD是美国Chemstations公司开发的化工流程模拟软件,广泛应用于石油化工、工业安全、清洁生产等领域,为工艺开发、工程设计、优化操作和技术改造提供理论指导。本文简要介绍该软件的功能和应用方法,以苯的精馏过程为例,进行了模拟,得到了模拟结果,对实际生产有一定的指导意义。ChemCAD produced by Chemstations in America was a process simulator software.It was used widely in many fields such as petroleum chemical industry,industrial safety,clean production etc.It provided a theory instruction for the craft development,the engineering design,the optimized operation and the technological transformations.The functions and application methods of ChemCAD were introduced.Take the benzene rectifying as example,the simulation was carried on,and obtained the simulation result.
