摘　　要：农村宅基地流转是目前我国新农村建设和城镇化进程中的一个重要问题,对保护农民利益、促进土地资源的合理配置与利用具有重要意义。该文分析了现有法律对宅基地流转的可行性,进一步明确了宅基地流转的政策障碍和法律操作困境,逐步探索宅基地正常流转的法律出路。The countryside homestead circulation is an important problem at present in China new rural reconstruction and urbanization advancement, and it has the important meaning in protecting the farmers＇ benefit, promoting land resource reasonable disposition and use. The homestead circulation feasibility is analyzed according to the existing law, it can further clear about the policy barrier and the legal operation difficult position about the homestead circulation, then explores the legal outlet of the homestead normal circulation gradually.
