摘　　要：晚清义赈对近代中国灾荒救济事业产生了重大影响:强烈地冲击了中国传统的救荒体制;使民间广泛地参与到灾荒救济中来;有力地促进了中外合作救灾新局面的形成,并最终促使中国近代赈灾体制得以初步确立。此外,它还极大地激发了中国人民的爱国和参与社会公益救助热情。The charity relief（Yizhen） in Late Qing had a significant impact on the Famine Relief cause in modern China：It made a strong impact on the traditional system of the Famine Relief in China; and made a wider participation of civil society to the Famine Relief cause; and it had effectively promoted the formation of new prospects for cooperation in the Famine Relief, and, ultimately made the system of the Famine Relief in Modern China established. In addition, it has greatly inspired the Chinese people＇s patriotism and enthusiasm to participate in social welfare assistance.
