摘　　要：通过对大学生网络信息资源利用的调查，分析了大学生在利用网络获取信息资源方面的现状及存在的问题，并针对大学生利用网络信息资源的障碍提出了若干对策，包括加大宣传力度、加大培训力度和提高咨询服务力度等。We are entering into information society, and information has become an important resource of social and economic development. Information competency is recognized as the critical capacity for the twenty -first century.The undergraduates are the important part of intelligent resource in our country. The information competency building of college student is the request of new era, and also the great research problem of education and intelligent resource. This paper focus on the theoretical.
