摘　　要：电动汽车以其节能、减污的特点能在一定程度上解决我国能源短缺和环境污染问题,我国电动汽车的研发已取得了突破性进展,国家电网公司也在积极推进电动汽车的发展,世界各国的电动汽车正逐渐走向商品化及应用阶段,因此电动汽车的发展将成为中国汽车工业的必由之路。Abstract： Being energy-saving and pollution-reducing, electric vehicle can relieve Chinese shortage of energy and the environment pollution in some degree. China has made a breakthrough at the research and development of electric vehicle and State Grid Corporation of China （SGCC） is positively advancing the development of electric vehicle. Various countries is moving electric vehicle towards the commercialization and the application stage gradually. Therefore the development of electric vehicle will become the only road that Chinese automobile industry must take.
