摘　　要：信息时代的迅速发展和通信网络技术的广泛运用,使得公民的个人隐私权受到挑战和威胁,保障手机短信用户的隐私已成为隐私权法律保护中的热点问题。在全面分析和归纳手机短信隐私权的特征和内容的基础上,透视我国对短信隐私保护的不足,进而在借鉴国外相关保护措施的基础上,从加强立法、行政保护、司法救济、技术保障以及增强公民法律意识等方面提出完善我国手机短信隐私权的保护措施。With the rapid development of telecommunications and network technology in the information era, great challenge is posed to the protection of privacy in cell phone short messages, which has become a hot issue in the legal protection of privacies. This paper probes into the characteristic and connotations of short-message privacy protection, reveals the deficiency of legal protection in our country, and hopes to provide suggestions for the further enhancement of this respect on the basis of learning from foreign expe- rience. To be concrete, these suggestions include the making of pertinent laws, the enhancement of admin- istrative protection and judicial relief, and the strengthening of technical support and the citizen＇s legal consciousness.
