摘　　要：选取2003年—2005年在深交所发行A股的上市公司为样本,对高管报酬进行统计分析,以期探索出一条有效激励上市公司发展的薪酬机制的路子。The article selected listed companies at Shenzhen Stock Exchange from 2003 to 2005, and made statistical analysis on the executive rewards to find out a way of reward mechanism which could effectively motivate the development of listed companies.
