摘 要:以表面改性处理的碱式硫酸镁晶须为添加剂,加入到PVC基料中,利用单因素条件实验法重点研究晶须加入量对复合材料性能的影响,利用万能材料实验机测试试样的力学指标,借助扫描电子显微镜观察复合材料断口处晶须的分布情况.结果表明:不同的晶须加入量制得复合材料的力学性能有明显差异,其中当晶须加入量为40份时,复合材料的综合性能最佳,复合材料的冲击断裂强度提高了62.43%,弹性模量提高了52.38%,断裂伸长率降低到纯PVC基料指标的15.09%,文中对晶须的增强机理亦进行了分析和探讨.Taking surface modificated magnesium oxysulfate whisker as additional agent, adding it to PVC base, a single factor experimentation is used to explore the composite performance changes which are affected by the added whiskers amount. The various composite performances are detected by universal material testing machine, the distribution of whiskers at the fracture in the composites is observed by scanning electronic microscope. The result indicates that the different added amount of whiskers leads to the various mechanical performance of PVC composite; when the added whiskers amount reaches 40 portion of PVC amount, the general performance of composite is the best. The impact strength of composite increases 62.43%, the elastic ratio increases 52.38% and the fracture extensibility decreases to 15.09% of PVC. The reinforcement mechanisms of whiskers are also analized and discussed in the thesis.
