摘　　要：为解决某切割器原设计切刀不能可靠切断钛合金拉杆问题,在不改变切割器各项性能指标和结构尺寸条件下,研制了一种只装点火药和起爆药的双向火焰雷管,装填于电点火器与切刀末端之间,这种双向火焰雷管具有双向点火和起爆的功能,解决了推动切刀力量不足问题.A kind of two-way flame-detonator with ignition powder detonating powder is loaded between electric igniter and cutting knife end. The design is used in order to solve the problem of the original cutting knife fallibility of cutting off titanium alloy pull-rod in the conditions that all kinds of parameters and configuration size are not changed. The two-way flame-detonator features the two-way ignition and detonation function in order to resolve the problem of deficiency of cutting knife＇s capacity for work.
