摘　　要：在筹集公路建设资金方面,收费公路发挥了巨大的作用,但关于公路收费权的性质及收费权担保物权的性质一直以来争议不断,实务中公路收费权担保权受到侵害的情况也时有发生。就公路收费权质权涉及的公路收费权质权的合法性、公路收费权质权的设立及其实现中的问题进行了探讨,以期对该制度的完善有所帮助。The highway toll right plays a great role for raising the highway construction funds in our country. But the character of the highway toll right and the character of the security interest of the highway toll fight are still in dispute. The encroachments on the security interests of the highway toll fight have been seen once and again. This article discussed the problems of the legality of the pledge of the highway toll right, how to set and execute the pledge of the highway toll fight.
