摘　　要：为了健全我国动物保护的法律体系,完善相关动物福利制度,我国在动物福利方面的立法应该加强,应当制定出一部符合我国自身国情的动物福利法。在介绍澳大利亚的有关动物福利法规体系的同时,给出了建设我国相关法律体系的建议,以期为我国动物福利立法的发展提供有益的尝试。In order to improve the system of protection of animals and better animal welfare - related systems in China, the animal welfare legislation should be strengthened. The animal welfare law should be developed in line with our country＇ s conditions. This paper introduces the legislation of Australia＇ s animal welfare and puts forward some advice for the construction of the same legislation, hoping to provide some beneficial attempt for the development of the animal welfare act.
