摘　　要：本文以天津石化公司涤纶厂新上的膜切二线的计算机控制装置为背景，探讨了在SIMATICPCS系统的控制站上利用APT语言进行通用爬坡控制器设计的可行性，并对四个爬坡控制进行了实施。现场投运证明，不仅效果良好，而且大量节省了控制站的内存使用空间，从而保证了整个控制程序内存的使用。In this paper,a commonly-used Ramp Controller designed using APT tool in the SIMATIC PCS system is presented. The Ramp Controller has been using in the Polyester Fibre Factory of Tianjin Petrochemical Corporation. Now, the Ramp Controller, saving a large of memory on the control station in the PCS system,has good performances in the field.
