摘 要:目的对尿液干化学分析仪检测尿液中白细胞(WBC)和红细胞(RBC)产生假阳性及假阴性结果原因进行探讨。方法2400患者第1次晨尿在2h内分别用尿液干化学分析仪检测和离心镜检。结果以镜检为对照,干化学法白细胞检测结果的阳性符合率为85.07%,阴性符合率为95.60%,假阳性率为4.40%,假阴性率为14.93%;红细胞检测结果的阳性符合率为93.60%,阴性符合率为86.22%,假阳性率为13.78%,假阴性率为6.40%。结论干化学法尿红细胞和白细胞检查可作为筛选试验,不能完全代替显微镜检查,当两种方法检测结果不符时应综合分析。Objective To analyse the reasons of the false positive and false negative phenomenona of erythrocytes and leukocytes by urine dry chemical analyzer. Methods 2400 morning urine samples were detected within 2 hours by urine dry chemical analysis and microscopic examination. Results Contrasting with the results of dry chemical analysis and the microscopic examination, the positive coincidence rate of white blood cells' was 8.5.07% and the negative coincidence rate was 95.60%, rate was 14.93% respectively; The positive coincidence the false positive rate was 4.40% and the false negative rate of the results of red blood cell was 93.60% and the negative coincidence rate was 86.22%, the false positive rate was 13.78% and the false negative rate was 6.40% respectively. Conclusions AS a screening test, dry chemical analysis can not absolutely replace the microscopic examination of urine sedimentation.
