摘　　要：电力电容器产品的局部放电特性可以较客观的反映产品设计、工艺水平、制造质量。所以加深对局部放电特性的理解,采取提高局部放电起始和熄灭电压的措施,使产品设计、制造工艺更趋于合理、完善。The partial discharge of power capacitor can objectively reflect the product design, process level and fabrication quality. Therefore, deeply researching on characteristics of partial discharge and taking the measures to increase inception and extinction voltage, will make the product design and fabrication technology more rational.
