摘  要:从潜艇在军事和国防中的重要地位出发,结合潜艇发展史上出现的重大事故,简要介绍了国内外潜艇救生技术的现状和发展趋势,创新性地提出了气囊技术用于潜艇应急上浮方案的设想,并对该方案的组成、工作过程及主要参数计算做了重点阐述。以某救生艇为例建立了潜艇上浮的模型,计算该艇从水下600m上浮至水面的时间,充分展现了气囊方案的优越性。与潜艇传统的压载水系统做了比较,指出了各自的优缺点。提出了本方案具体实施所需的关键技术及今后研究工作的重点。Form submarine's important position in military and national defense, combining with fatal accidents appeared in submarine phylogeny, this article briefly introduces current status and development trend of submarine lifesaving technology,then originally puts forward a conceive of ballonet technology used for submarine emergency ascend, and mainly elaborates the project structure, working process and key parameter calculation. Taking a rescue boat as an example, build up the submarine ascending model and compute the time of the boat floating from underwater 600 m to surface. This model fully presents the superiority of the ballonet technology. Immediately compare this method with traditional submarine's pressing and carrying water system, point out their advantage and disadvantage respectively. Lastly the key technology needed in actualizing the project concretely and the main work for the future are proposed.
