摘 要:目的通过测定红光照射后大白兔组织内ATP等相关能量物质含量的变化,探讨红光照射对机体抗疲劳的影响。方法将大耳白兔42只随机分成3组,每组14只,一组为对照,不照射红光;其余2组进行红光照射,每日照射1次,每次照射3h。分别连续照射1周(照射1组)或2周(照射2组)后取心肌、肝脏和骨骼肌组织检测NAD、AMP、ADP、ATP含量,并与对照组比较。结果红光照射后,各照射组与对照组比较各脏器中的能量物质的含量都有所增高,其中照射2组心肌、骨骼肌的NAD、AMP、ADP、ATP的含量与对照组比较,差异有非常显著意义(P<0.01)。结论红光照射可明显提高组织内ATP等相关分子含量,ATP的合成有显著提高,红光照射能提高机体抗疲劳的能力。Objective To study the change in energy substance contents such as ATP in rabbits after red light irradiation and to detect its anti-fatigue effect. Methods The 42 rabbits were divided into 3 groups in the present study, 14 rabbits per each group. Red light irradiation was performed 3 hours per day continually in 1 week and 2 weeks groups, and the control group was without irradiation. The rabbits were sacri-riced to detect their NAD, AMP, ADP and ATP contents in cardiac and skeletal muscles and in liver. Results After red light irradiation, the NAD, AMP, ADP and ATP contents were enhanced obviously(P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusions After red light irradiation, the contents of ATP and other energy substances were enhanced obviously. Red light irradiation could enhance the anti-fatigue ability.
