摘  要:Al(Ⅲ)与8-羟基喹啉荧光试剂在pH8.0的NH4Ac-NH3.H2O缓冲介质中形成荧光络合物,其最大激发波长和发射波长分别为390 nm和510 nm,荧光强度与铝离子含量在0~0.6667μg/ml范围内呈线性正相关,最低检测限为0.026μg/ml,标准工作曲线方程为Y=310.53C+2.3335,相关系数r=0.9978(n=5)。将上述方法应用于茶叶中铝含量的测定,其平均回收率为102.7%,变异系数为3.1718%~4.6370%。结果表明:该方法测定结果准确,灵敏度高,适合于茶叶中铝含量的测定。In this article, 8 -hydroxyquinoline was used as fluorescent reagent to determine the contents of aluminumin in the tea leaves. The fluorescence complex compounds were formed by 8 - hydroxyquinoline and AI, with Ex and Em being 390 nm and 510 nm respectively at pH 8.0 in NH4Ac - NH3·H2O buffer. A linear relationship was obtained in the range of 0 - 0. 6667 μg/ml for Al (Ⅲ), while the detection limit was 0. 026 μg/ml. The regression equation was Y = 310.53C + 2. 3335; the correlation coefficient was 0. 9978 (n =5), the average recovery rate was 102. 7%, and the variation coefficients were 3. 1718% -4. 6370%. The method with high sensitivity and accuracy was suitable to determinate the content of aluminum in tea leaves.
