摘 要:为了进行系统的生命线网络系统抗灾能力分析,基于网络均衡,则网络稳定,抗灾风险分摊的思想,采用了熵原理对系统稳定性的意义对网络整体均衡性进行评价,并给出了相应的评价计算模型。其中对网络均衡性的分析是建立在结构均衡和资源分配均衡上的,结构均衡是通过同层节点拓扑重要度差异大小来体现的,差异大则结构均衡性差;资源分配均衡是通过网络节点功能重要度反映出的,并认为功能重要度实质上是节点拓扑结构重要度的"加权"。通过计算得出了算例中的网络整体均衡的结果,并给出了对网络中某些高风险节点的判断。结论是基于网络均衡性进行生命线系统的抗灾分析判断其抗风险能力是可行且合理的。To analyze the anti-disaster ability of the lifeline network system, based on the thought that the network is proportional so it is stable which means the risk of anti-disaster is shared and the whole network was estimated using the meanings of entropy making the systems stability and the relative estimating calculating model is established as well. The proportionality is analyzed based on the structure proportion and the resource distribution proportion and the former means the difference of topology importance degree among the nodes in the same layer, the more the worse; at the meanwhile, the resource distribution proportion means the functional importance degree. It is considered that the functional importance degree is the right of the topology importance degree. The result of the example network is that its proportionality is good and some high risk nodes exist in it. It could be concluded that to judge its anti-disaster ability with proportionality as well as its anti-risk ability is feasible and reasonable.
