摘 要:针对河道生态护坡的工程特点,提出了一种新的模糊多准则群决策方法求解定性值和定量值相结合的护坡方案优选问题。该方法采用三角模糊数和模糊左右评分法对语言变量进行处理,然后依据TOPSIS的决策思想,分别计算每个方案与正理想点和负理想点之间的距离,以距离正理想点最近同时又距负理想点最远为原则确定最优方案。最后用实例说明了该决策方法的有效性和可行性。A new fuzzy multi-attribute group decision-making approach is proposed for prioritizing the alternatives with qualitative and quantitative indicators. In this approach, the triangular fuzzy numbers and fuzzy marking method are first applied to transfer linguistic variables into crisp numbers to deal with the qualitative indicators. Then the distances of each alternative to the positive ideal solution and negative ideal solution are calculated to determine the ranking order of alternatives based on the idea of TOPSIS. The optimal alternative would have the shortest distance to the positive ideal solution and the longest one to the negative ideal solution. Finally, one engineering case is provided to illustrate the feasibility and the effectiveness of the proposed method.
