摘　　要：目的寻求鼻内镜手术窦腔清理后进行首次鼻腔水疗的适宜时间。方法随机将120例患者分成4个时间组,在窦腔清理后进行脉冲式鼻腔水疗,分别观察4个时间点鼻腔水疗的回收液性质及患者的真实感受,并进行组间对比分析。结果患者窦腔清理后不同时点进行鼻腔水疗回收液性质比较,清理后即刻、30 min与60 min、120 min结果有统计学差异(P<0.05);窦腔清理后不同时点进行鼻腔水疗患者的主观感受比较,清理后即刻水疗较30 min、60 min、120 min有统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论窦腔清理后进行首次鼻腔水疗的最佳时间为术后30 min,既能减轻患者的不适,又能确保术腔清洁。Objective To explore the optimal time of first initiatory hydrotherapy of sinus by pulsative hydrotherapy equipment for E. N. T after sinus cleaning. Methods One hundred and twenty cases were equally divided into 4 groups at random and undergone pulsative hydrotherapy of sinus after sinus cleaning. The property of reclaimed liquid of sinus hydrotherapy and the feeling of all patients were respectively observed at 4 different time. Comparison in groups was conducted with analysis. Results Statistical analysis showed a significant difference（ P d0.05）in the properties of reclaimed liquid of sinus hydrotherapy at 4 different time （0,30,60,120 min after sinus cleaning）and a significant difference（ P 〈0.01） in the feelings of the patients at 0 min after sinus cleaning and that of the patients at 30,60,120 min after sinus cleaning. Conclusions The optimal time of initiatory hydrotherapy of sinus by pulsative hydrotherapy equipment for E. N. T was at 30 min after sinus cleaning,which could relieve patients＇ discomfort and insure clean sinus.
