摘 要:研究了以甲醇和甲醛为原料,98%的浓硫酸为催化剂,通过催化精馏工艺制备甲缩醛的可行性.考察了进料醇醛摩尔比、进料总流量和催化剂含量对该过程的影响.在回流比为6,催化剂含量为1%,甲醛的体积流量为2.8 mL/min,甲醇的体积流量为3.0 mL/min的条件下,塔顶产品甲缩醛的质量百分数可达96.6%.结果表明,该工艺可应用于制备甲缩醛.The possibility of methylal preparation was studied with catalytic distillation technology, which used methanol and formaldehyde as feeds and 98 % oil of vitriol as catalyst. Effects of the different mole feed ratios of methanol and formaldehyde, total flow rate of feeds and catalyst contents to this process were investigated. Moreover, mass weight of methylal in the tower overhead can reach 96.6 %, when the reflux ratio is 6, the catalyst content is 1%, the flow rate of methanol and formaldehyde is 2.8 mL/min and 3.0 mL/min, respectively. The results show that the catalytic distillation process is suitable to prepare methylal.
