摘 要:应用连续水溶液聚合方法合成了P(AM/DMDAAC/AA,即丙烯酰胺/二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵/丙烯酸)共聚物.采用正交实验方法分析讨论了不同单体浓度、聚合体系pH值、引发剂用量、防交联剂用量等因素对P(AM/DMDAAC/AA)共聚物特性粘度的影响,从中优化出最佳反应条件并进行了应用实验.采用FTIR对P(AM/DMDAAC/AA)共聚物的结构进行了分析,结果表明:连续水溶液聚合方法可以合成预期的P(AM/DMDAAC/AA)共聚物产品,所得产品分子量高、溶解速度快,共聚物作为纸张增强剂对纸张的增强和助滤可以产生良好的效果.The modified polyacrylamide copolymer was synthesized through continuous aqueous polymerization method with using acrylamide, acrylic acid and dimethyl dieneproplene chloride amide as monomer materials. The influence of monomer concentration, pH value, initiator content and anti-crosslinking agent content on the inherent viscosity of the modified polyacrylamide copolymer was discussed. The reaction conditions were optimized by means of the orthogonal design method. At the same time, the application experiments were also performed. The structure of the modified copolymer was characterized by FTIR. The results show that the acrylamide copolymer with high molecular weight and fast solubility can be obtained by continuous aqueous polymerization method. The modified copolymer can be used well in the field of paper filter and paper strengthening agent.
