摘 要:为了改善工作环境,针对某型号螺杆压缩机噪声严重超标,极大地危害工人身心健康问题,对机组振动、噪声源进行了详细分析.在其正常运转条件下进行噪声测试,最终确定出合理的噪声治理方案,即采用隔振方法降低噪声,利用消声器、空间吸声体、隔声罩等一系列措施控制螺杆压缩机的噪声.结果表明,通过上述改造,噪声值由原来的104 dB降至78 dB,实际结果与理论基本符合,达到了国家标准.In order to improve the working environment and solve the problem of unqualified noise that is greatly harmful to the physical and mental health of workers, both vibration and noise sources of screw compressor were analyzed. The noise of screw compressor was tested under normal work condition, and the reasonable noise reduction scheme was finally proposed. The vibration-isolated method was introduced, and the muffler, space absorber and acoustic enclosures were adopted to control noise. With such reconstructions, the noise can be decreased from the original 104 dB to 78 dB. The practical result is consistent with the theoretical one, and can meet the national standards. In the practical application, the present noise control method has been well referred.
