摘 要:揭示灰毡毛忍冬种质资源间的遗传关系。采用ISSR标记技术对17份灰毡毛忍冬样品进行遗传多样性分析,应用Popgene32软件对结果进行处理,并用UPGMA法构建聚类树型图。结果15条引物共得到167条DNA片段,其中137条片段呈现出多态性,占总扩增片段的82.04%。平均每条引物的扩增11.1条。每个位点的有效等位基因数是1.4548,Nei’s基因多样性指数为0.2679,Shannons信息指数为0.4054。聚类分析表明,17份灰毡毛忍冬样品被分成了5个组。结论ISSR能有效用于灰毡毛忍冬不同种质资源之间的遗传关系分析。The purpose is to reveal genetic relationships among Lonicera macranthoides Hand.-Mazz. , genetic diversities of 17 cultivals of L. macranthoides Hand. -Mazz. were assessed through the means of Inter-simple sequence repeat (ISSR) markers. The results were handled by using Popgene 32 software and the dendrogram were constructed by using UPGMA. 15 primers produced a total of 167 DNA bands, of which 137 were polymorphic, accounting for 82. 04%. The average number of DNA bands amplified by each primer was 11.1. Effective number of alleles is 1. 4548. Nei's gene diversity is 0. 2679. Shannon's Information index is 0. 405 4. The cluster indicated that 17 cultivals of L. macranthoides Hand. -Mazz. were divided into 5 groups. ISSR markers were very effective to analyze the genetic relationships among L. macranthoides Hand. -Mazz. genetic recourses.
