摘  要:如何提高毛状根的诱导率,是毛状根培养中关键的一步。文章概述了在利用发根农杆菌诱导药用植物毛状根过程中,转化方法、发根农杆菌Ri质粒类型以及菌液浓度、植物种类和外植体取材部位及其放置方式和处理方法、外植体预培养和共培养及感染时间、外源激素及抗生素和乙酰丁香酮、光照条件等多种因素对药用植物毛状根诱导率的影响情况和较佳选择,以期能为进一步扩大发根农杆菌的寄主范围和毛状根的大规模培养提供参考,从而有利于建立一个较为完善和普遍适用的高频转化体系。How to enhance the induction rate of hairyroots is a very pivotal step in hairy roots culture system of medicinal plants. The article summarized the enhaning the induction rate of hairy roots of medicinal plants, in the process of inducing the explants producing hairy roots by Agrobacterium. Those factors include methods of transformation, the types of Ri plasmid of Agrobacterium rhizogenes and different concentrations of bacterium and floristics. Different organs, such as stem segments, petiole cuttings and leaf cuttings, had different capacities of inducing transformed hairy roots, and deposited manner and disposal way were also different. Pre-culture time, suitable co-cultivation period, infection time, species and concentration of plant hormone and antibiotic, concentration of Acetosyringone and sunshine time could enhance the induction rate. It would offer a referenced data to extend applications bounds of Agrobacterium rhizogenes and consequently erect a perfect and common high-frequency translation system.
