摘 要:油田进入中后期开采,采出液中含有的硫化物和硫酸盐还原菌对管、杆及地面设备造成严重的腐蚀,应用常规添加缓蚀剂的方法存在耐药性、加量大等弊端。生化防腐技术在消除硫化物的同时,切断硫酸盐还原菌的生存环境和条件,从而达到防腐的目的。现场应用取得了显著的效果。Sulphide and desulfovibro contained in production stream can corrode well pipes, rod strings and surface equipment seriously, especially when the oil field comes to its intermediary and later stage. Routine anti-corrosive agent adding has the limitations of drug fastness and huge amount. Biochemical technique replaces the past negetive method with the modem positive way. It can eliminate the sulphide while cut off living environment and conditions which comes to the goal of corrosion prevention. Field application shows that biochemical operation technique acquired a remarkable effect. It provides a reference method of corrosion prevention for the oil wells.
