树枝型原油破乳剂的合成及性能研究

摘　　要：采用"发散法",通过改变反应温度、原料配比、反应时间等因素,合成以二乙烯三胺为核心的1.0～3.0代系列树枝型聚合物—聚酰胺-胺(PAA)。该产品属于非离子型原油破乳剂,其浊点高于90℃。在25℃、破乳剂加量为200mg/L、120min的条件下,3.0G产品的脱水率可达98%,出水快,脱出水色较透明且界面平整,适用范围较广。The new dendritic oil demulsifier was gained through divergent method by adjusting the reaction temperature, the raw material ratio, the reaction time and other factors. After properties test we found that the product was nonionic crude- demulsifier;the turbidity point was higher than 90 celsius degree; the efficiency was closely related to the degree of substitution, the efficiency rase while the degree of substitution increased; the dehydration rate of 3.0G product could received 98% in 120 minutes when the demulsification temperature was 25 celsius degree and demulsifier dosage was 200mg/L; it could demulsified efficiently and quickly. The waste water was quite clear and the interface was pretty neat. To sum ups this new demulsifier could be used broadly.
