摘  要:建立惯性往复振动机械的多刚体模型和动力学方程,假设机械的稳态工作频率恒定,求解动力学方程得到作用于偏重上的力矩表达式,表达式含有工作频率项和二次谐波项,结合偏重驱动电机的机械特性和系统的动力学方程分析表明,该类机械的稳态工作频率不是常数,而是以其二次谐波频率微幅波动,结论与工程测试结果一致;并提出要获得系统的精确解和进行启动过程的瞬态分析,必须建立机电耦合数学模型.The multi-rigid-body model and dynamical equations for inertial reciprocating machines were built. Assuming constant steady-state operating frequency of the machine, the expression of torque acting on the eccentric weights was obtained by solving the dynamical equations. The expression included the operating frequency term and the second harmonic term. The analysis of the mechanical characteristics of the motors for driving the eccentric weights and the dynamic equations shows that the steady-state operating frequency of the machines is not a constant, which fluctuates at a micro-amplitude of its second harmonic frequency. The conclusion accords with the engineering test results. It proposed that an electromeehanical coupling mathematical model had to be established in order to obtain the exact solutions of the system and conduct transient analysis of the starting process.
