摘　　要：本文介绍了矢量网络分析仪单端口误差模型,给出了基于开路器、短路器及匹配负载进行单端口的校准方法,分析了由于校准负载的不理想,对校准后剩余方向性、源匹配和反射跟踪等关键技术指标的影响。This paper presents the one-port error model of vector network analyzer and one-port calibration technique based on Open, Short and Matched Load, and analyzes the influence of the key technical specifications such as directivity, source match, reflection tracking and so on, which results from the faultiness of the load in the oneport calibration.
