摘  要:目的探讨DNA加合物作为氯乙烯作业工人的暴露生物标志物的可行性。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法对43名氯乙烯接触工人淋巴细胞中1-氮-6-乙烯(脱氧)腺嘌呤含量进行测定。结果相关分析和偏相关分析结果显示,1-氮-6-乙烯(脱氧)腺嘌呤含量与累积接触剂量存在相关关系(P<0.05)。未发现年龄、性别、吸烟和饮酒对1-氮-6-乙烯(脱氧)腺嘌呤含量的影响。累积接触剂量>23 740 mg组1-氮-6-乙烯(脱氧)腺嘌呤含量显著高于<8 150mg组,趋势卡方检验结果显示1-氮-6-乙烯(脱氧)腺嘌呤的形成与累积接触剂量存在明显的剂量-反应关系。结论1-氮-6-乙烯(脱氧)腺嘌呤可作为氯乙烯暴露的接触生物标志物。Objective To explore the possibility of DNA adduet to be the exposure biomarker to vinyl chloride monomer in workers. Methods Levels of 1, N ( 6 ) -etheno (deoxy) adenosine (edA) in the peripheral leukocytes were determined by enzymelinked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in 43 VCM-exposed workers. Results Significant correlation was found between edA and VCM exposure by correlation analysis and partial correlation analysis ( P 〈 0.05 ). Effects of gender, age, smoking and alcohol drinking on the levels of edA were not found. Levels of edA in workers with exposure dose more than 23 740 mg were significantly higher than that less than 8 150 mg (P =0. 006). DNA adduct showed significantly increase with VCM exposure doses as a dose-dependant manner. Conclusion εdA could be a biomarker of VCM exposure in workers.
