摘 要:对废PET进行乙二醇降解,以醋酸锌作为催化剂,在N2保护下,降解为对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(BHET),作为Gemini的连接基团。以马来酸酐、烷基醇(C8~C18)、亚硫酸氢钠为原料合成单链磺酸盐表面活性剂。纯化的BHET链接两个单链磺酸盐表面活性剂从而合成了新颖的多酯基Gemini表面活性剂,并对其性能进行了测定,表面张力为σ(γCMC)31.2mN/m,CMC值为0.95×10-4mol/L,具有较低的CMC值和较高的表面活性。这样不仅保护了环境,而且变废为宝,实现了PET的循环利用。The waste PET was depolymerized using ethylene glycol in the presence of zinc acetate as a transesterification catalyst under nitrogen atmosphere, and obtained monomer bis (2-hydroxyethylene terephthalate) (BHET), as the Gemini connect group. The single chain sulfonate surfactant was synthesized with maleic anhydride, long chain alcohol (C8-C18)and sodium bisulfite. The pured BHET then link the the single chain sulfonate surfaetant and obtained a new Gemini surfactant. Finally, the surface tension of Gemini was investigated. The surface tension was 31.2mN/m, and the CMC was 0.95×10^-4mol/L, with a more lower CMC value and a more higher tensiometric property. Then, we reuse the waste PET into Gemini surfactant, at the same time protect the environment.
