高校科技企业关系型贷款探析

摘　　要：近年来,我国高校科技企业发展迅猛,显示出良好的成长性,成为我国高新技术产业的生力军。然而在当前的经济形势下,资金短缺、融资困难已成为制约其持续发展的瓶颈难题。本文通过对关系型贷款特点及适应性的探析指出,关系型贷款是一种适合高校科技企业的融资方式,并在此基础上提出了促进高校科技企业关系型贷款融资的若干建议。In recent years,high technology enterprises in Universities of our country have been developing rapidly. They have demonstrated good growth and become a vital new force in our high-tech industry. However, in the current economic situation,a shortage of funds and financing difficulties has become the bottleneck of constraining their sustainable development. By analyzing characteristics and adaptability of relationship loan,this article pointed out that relationship loan is a suitable mode of financing for high technology enterprises in Universities and based on this,the paper made a number of recommendations in order to promote these enterprises to bid for relationship loan.
