景德镇青白瓷釉的仿制

摘　　要：本研究采用现代制瓷工艺,选用景德镇附近所生产的陶瓷原料,在梭式窑中烧成,仿制了景德镇青白瓷釉,基本达到了宋、元时期青白瓷釉的效果。实验中主要探讨了不同瓷石种类、原料配比、铁含量对青白瓷釉呈色的影响。得到较好的配方为:南港瓷石用量为85%左右,釉灰用量为15%左右,紫金土用量为外加5～7%。In this study, imitation Jingdezhen greenish-white glaze fabricated with ceramic materials produced in the areas around Jingdezhen by using modern porcelain making technology and firing in the shuttle kiln, basically reached the effects of greenish-white glaze of the Song and Yuan period. The influences of different porcelain stone variety, batch formula and iron content on the colour generation of greenish-white glaze were discussed. And a better formula is： about 85% of Nangang porcelain stone, about 15% of glaze ash, and an additional 5 to 7% of Zijin soil.
