摘 要:目的评价螺旋CT门静脉成像对门静脉的显示能力。方法对6只新西兰大白兔分别进行门静脉CT血管成像(CTA)和数字减影血管造影(DSA)成像,比较2种成像方法对门静脉系统主要血管显示率、门静脉分支显示级数、图像质量及门静脉主干/其左右支和肠系膜上静脉的测量差异。结果本组CTA图像可清晰显示门静脉主干、门静脉左右支和肠系膜上静脉,5只可显示脾静脉,并能显示4~5级门静脉分支;DSA能够显示门静脉主干、门静脉左右支和肠系膜上静脉,但对其远端分支显示能力较差,仅能显示2~3级门静脉分支,3只可显示脾静脉。6只中图像质量为"好"者CTA5只、DSA1只。CTA对血管的分辨率和图像质量方面优于DSA图像。门静脉主干/其左右支和肠系膜上静脉测量值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论CTA可清晰显示门静脉主干及主要分支/属支,并用于测量,相对DSA有一定优势,可作为门静脉DSA的替代方法。Objective To assess the ability of CTA for displaying the portal vein. Methods The portal vein CTA and DSA images were performed in 6 New Zealand white rabbits, and CTA and DSA images were compared in the following aspects:visibility of main vessels in portal vein system, image quality, the measurement of PV and its main branches. Results The CTA image in this group could clearly display the portal vein, its intrahepatic branches and superior mesenteric vein, and spleen vein could be displayed well in 5 of 6 animals by CFA. The branches of portal vein at 4 - 5 levels could be presented by CTA, but only 2 - 3 levels by DSA. The spleen vein could be displayed only in half samples by DSA image. 5 CFA image samples and only one DSA image sample were defined to be good quality. CTA had better image quality, which was superior to DSA in displaying main vessels of portal vein system. There were no significant differences in the examination resuhs for the PV and its main branches between CTA and DSA ( P 〉 0.05). Conclusion CTA can reveal the PV and its main branches clearly, which is superior to DSA in the measurement of portal vein.
