摘 要:鉴于研究长空气间隙放电特性对于发展特高压输电技术具有重要意义,开发了光电集成电场传感器,并建立了双通道的电场测量系统。利用球板间隙冲击电场对测量系统进行了校验,并且用冲击信号均匀电场考察了测量系统的时域波形性能,证明了测量系统对电力系统的冲击信号具有较小的误差和良好的时域特性。利用该系统在特高压真型酒杯塔中相塔窗内开展了操作波放电电场测量实验,得到了电场峰值和波形,并与计算值进行了对比,分析了电晕、流注和先导等因素的影响。实验结果表明,光电集成电场测量系统可以用于特高压长空气间隙放电的研究工作。Optical-electric integrated sensor was developed for electric filed measurement in long air gap discharge. The advantages of the optical electric sensor were introduced, and the operating principle of the sensor was explained. Dual channel measurement system was established with this kind of optical-electric integrated sensor, and the system was utilized in the experiment of electric field measurement of the ball-plate gap with impulse signal. The error of the results compared with those of electric field calculation was small. The time domain waveform performance of the system was researched by uniform electric field measurement, and impulse signal was applied in the experiment. It can be concluded from the results of those experiments that the system has small measuring error and good time domain response performance. The discharge electric field of switching surge in the middle phase window of UHV tower was experimentally measured with the dual channel electric measurement system. The peak value and waveform of the electric field were obtained and compared with the simulation results. The effects of corona, steam and leader to the electric field measurement were analyzed. The results of the experiment indicate that the optical-electric measurement system can be used in the research of the UHV long air gap discharge.
