摘 要:为研究局部放电对电树枝发展过程的影响,实验研究了聚乙稀和有机玻璃的放电特性并根据放电在绝缘材料内部形成的破坏痕迹及放电脉冲波形特征的分析结果,将气隙内局部放电的破坏形式分为直接放电破坏和沿面放电破坏2种类型。施压时间对破坏痕迹影响的结果表明,局部放电会在含有气隙缺陷的绝缘材料中形成3种破坏效应,即热效应、化学腐蚀和机械应力作用,而楔形气隙模型试验研究局部放电破坏效应对电树枝生长过程影响的结果显示,局部放电的放电形式会影响材料的破坏状态,放电形成的破坏效应与电树枝生长状态之间具有一定的关系。这些结果意味着局部放电的行为特性与电树枝生长状态之间存在内在联系。In order to study the relations between the electrical trees' growth stages and the partial discharge (PD) characteristics in the insulation polymer, we focus on the PD degradation characteristics on insulation polymer with void defects inside and the influence of partial discharge on growth of electrical trees. The methods analyze the discharge pulse waveforms and electrical degradation traces on insulation polymer surface or inside. For partial discharge form, the direct partial discharges which are independent of insulation polymer interface and the creeping discharge which is interrelated with insulation polymer interface are distinguished in the void defects through waveforms analysis and degradation traces on the polymer surface. The applied voltage and the duration in the test are also the variables which influence the degradation effects and traces. The three degradation effects induced by partial discharge processes are also recognized through degradation traces analysis. There are thermal and chemical processes as well as stress effects which play important roles in the electrical treeing degradation development process. The results of electrical trees' degradations test of samples which contain wedge shape voids defects inside show that partial discharge forms distinguished above can influence the electrical treeing degradation development, and there is a relation between the three degradation effect and the degradation state of insulation polymer. The major degradation effect in a certain electrical trees' development stage is always corresponding with some steady partial discharge behaviors, thereby, these conclusions imply that there ate certain relations between electrical trees' development stages and partial discharge characteristics.
