摘　　要：为了预防污闪,电力部门制定了定期清洗绝缘子的计划,但定期清洗需耗费大量的人力物力。实现绝缘子的实时状态监测,提高绝缘子污秽闪络的预警能力,使输电线路由计划清洗向状态清洗转变,是目前输电线路安全运行需迫切解决的问题。基于此提出了利用特定的传感器检测污秽绝缘子电晕放电时发出紫外光的方法,研制了绝缘子污秽紫外检测仪,并利用短消息系统(SMS)平台构建了一个4对1的星型网络,实现了一种新型的污秽绝缘子的在线远程监测系统。该装置已经在壁山供电局110kV线路投入使用,通过对现场数据进行初步分析,得出当温湿度较高且脉冲数集中在4000左右时绝缘子污秽等级较为严重,需要清洗。试验结果证明,该系统具有成本低、灵敏度高、响应速度快和提前预测等优点。To prevent the contamination flashover, the electricity regulatory commission in China formulates a scheme to all the insulators. However, the scheme spends plenty of money on insulator washing and cleaning. Performing the real-time monitor of insulator is an urgent task to solve the safety of transmission lines. We introduced the principle of detecting polluted insulators states using ultra-violet（UV） ray emitted during insulators discharging, and developed a kind of on-line monitoring setup for polluted insulators , which applied the communication platform of SMS to form four-to one star network so as to realize the remote supervisory and controlling system. The setup was used by Bishan Power Supply Bureau. The experimental data show that ,when the UV pulses reach 4000, the polluted insulators need to be cleaned, and the setup is proved to have the advantages of low price, high sensitivity, quick response speed etc.
