摘 要:为保证城市电网安全、稳定、经济运行,介绍了应用8.7/15kVXLPE柔性电力电缆、自锁定快速插拔式电缆中间接头和电缆终端的最新研究成果并与高低压电器单元、保护单元和机动车辆协同构成的旁路作业不停电抢修系统。试验研究和抢修实践表明:该系统可大幅提高城市供电公司机动灵活地处置自然灾害和电网突发事故的应急应变能力,大幅提高不停电作业法的技术水平和技术装备水平,具有应急应变、机动灵活、适用范围广、安全可靠性高等优点,从而进一步增强和完善城市配电系统主动型、对策型、协调控制型的安全防御体系,有效保障城市电网安全、稳定、可靠运行。Flexible power cable, fast slide-in cable joints and terminations as well as vehicle with 15 kV high voltage unit, 400 V low voltage unit, overload protection and line on/off control unit were applied to assemble a bypass technique system of living-work on-site for power urgent reparation. The vehicle loading the bypass technique sys- tem was adopted in urgent repairing work. Faculative length of 15 kV flexible cables which were connected by fast slide-in cable joints and terminations would be utilized to form a temporary distribution route for supplying the user with electric power continuously instead of fault line. At the same time, power cut is not needed when the repairers operate on-site safely and handily with the help of this bypass system. In fact, all the emergency reparation on the fault line would be done in a state of no electricity for electric power was transported through the bypass technique system of temporary distribution line. The results of research and emergency repairing practice show that this bypass technique has greatly improved the emergency repairing ability of urban power distribution whenever or wherever. Any power fault, specially user's power equipment is damaged during nature disaster, could be repaired and/or replaced quickly with temporary power supply continuously by this bypass technique system.
