摘  要:成功地在较高温度下(10℃)用活性阴离子聚合法合成了窄分布(Mw/Mn<110)的聚甲基丙烯酸叔丁酯,详细探讨了温度、设计分子量、溶剂体系、添加剂(LiCl)的量等对聚合的影响,并对其时间-转化率进行了研究。实验结果表明在10℃下,用甲苯/四氢呋喃=9/1(体积比)的混合溶剂,可以对分子量进行任意控制,均可得窄分布聚合物,在此条件下LiCl的添加无明显效果,而在较高温度或THF含量高于90%时对甲基丙烯酸叔丁酯的阴离子活性聚合有较明显的改善。通过对其时间-转化率的研究,表明其在10℃下、用甲苯/四氢呋喃=9/1(体积比)的混合溶剂、添加LiCl的条件下,聚合速率很快,反应在1分钟内即告完成。? Tert-butyl methacrylate (TBMA) with narrow molecular weight distributions (w/n<1.10) was synthesized by living anionic polymerization at higher temperature (10℃). The effects of reaction temperature,designed molecular weight,solvent system and dosage of additive (LiCl) on the living polymerization of TBMA were studied.The results demonstrated that the molecular weight of TBMA could be controlled as desired and the polymer with narrow molecular weight distribution could be obtained at the temperature of 10℃ in the mixed solvent of toluene/THF=9:1(volume).In such a case,the living anionic polymerization of TBMA was not influenced obviously by addition of LiCl,unless the reaction temperature was higher than 25℃ or the concentration of THF in solvent was higher than 90%(volume).It was confirmed with study on time-Conversion relation that the polymerization could be finished within 1 minute after adding LiCl in the mixed solvent system of toluene/THF=9:1(wolume).
