摘 要:目的用实验方法考察认知灵活性与大学生心理健康的关系,为研究认知控制与大学生心理健康的关系提供参考依据。方法选取杭州师范大学学生38名(女生22名,男生16名)采用注意瞬脱下的定势转换实验范式反映认知灵活性,用SCL-90测量大学生心理健康状况,考察二者的关系。注意瞬脱实验中,第1个目标前出现的不同类型干扰项代表不同的定势转换需求,包括针对语义和形状的注意定势。结果语义和形状定势转换所造成的瞬脱量变化与SCL-90测试得分有显著相关,尤其是目标间隔为lag 2时。结论注意瞬脱下的认知灵活性与大学生心理健康有显著的相关。Objective To explore the relationship between mental health and cognitive flexibility among college students, and to provide reference for the research. Methods The level of mental health was measured using SCL - 90 and the cognitive flexibility was reflected by the experiment requiring attentional set switching during attentional blink (AB ) in which different kinds of special distractor preceded the first target and required switching of attentional set based on different dimensions, including semantic and shape. Results The increased AB magnitude caused by the attentional set switching had significant correlation with the scores of SCL - 90, especially when the TOA was lag2. Conclusion College students' mental health is closely correlated to the cognitive flexibility under the condition of attentional blink.
