摘　　要：在构建衡量中国城乡居民生活满意度指标评价体系的基础上,利用中国社会综合调查开放数据库(CGSS)中《中国城乡居民生活综合调查》(2005年)有关城市和农村居民生活满意度的调查数据,通过建立logistic回归模型对影响中国城乡居民生活满意度的因素进行统计分析,发现影响城乡居民生活满意度的因素及其影响程度存在一定的异同点,并进一步提出改进中国城乡居民生活满意度的政策和建议。After building the evaluation indicators system of life satisfaction of Chinese Urban and Rural Residents, this paper establishes logistic regression models to do statistical analysis for influential factors of Life Satisfaction of Chinese Urban and Rural Residents, and finds the similarities and differences of influencing factors about satisfaction of Chinese urban and rural. The data set comes from the database of ＂Synthesis Investigation of Living Status for Residents in Urban and Rural Regions（2005）＂ in CGSS. Some polices and suggestions are proposed to improve the life satisfaction of Chinese urban and rural residents.
