耐硫酸露点腐蚀ND钢在推广应用中的问题

摘　　要：实践证明ND钢具有很高的耐蚀性.无论是硫酸露点腐蚀或是在含有CI^-或CI^-+SO_4^(2-)介质中.可明显提高设备的使用寿命,但是同时也在市场上出现了仿ND钢或假ND钢,使用户受到损失.因此,除正确使用ND钢外,还要认准厂家以及作好对ND管质量的全面检查(100%).特别是对它的耐蚀性的校验.除此之外,制造质量以及运行工况的控制也是不可忽视的.The commercial application has proved that ND steel has superior corrosion resistance. It has significantly ex-tended the equipment service life whether it was exposed to sulfuric acid dew-point corroxion or its was used in the media containing Cl- or Cl-+SO42-. But clients still suffer losses from the imitations of ND steels or counterfeit ND steels in the market. To deal with this,the ND steel pipes must be 100% tested and inspected, especially for their corrosion resistance in additions to the correct application. Besides, the fabrication quality and control of operating conditions can not be ignored.
